Police have held up an assault body of evidence against a man at Banepa-5 in Kavrepalanchowk region for assaulting a young lady in the appearance of confidence mending to cure her illness. The asserted is 58-year-old Prem Timilsina, as indicated by Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Nabindraj Rai. The body of evidence against Timilsina was recorded today despite the fact that police captured him on Saturday after the kinfolk of the casualties enrolled a protest against him. Prior, another man from Sankhu VDC in the locale was captured on a similar charge.
