Local people of Foksingkot have developed a motorway at their own particular costs and with commitment of work.

Local people of Foksingkot VDC, found 42 km east of Tansen, fabricated Kateni – Kharkehan – Labe motorway. An aggregate of 43 family units – 24 from Labe town and 19 from Kharkehan – have given Rs 18,000 each while Foksingkot VDC contributed with Rs 81,000. An extra Rs 77,850 was gathered from different quarters.

An aggregate sum of Rs 932,850 was contributed alongside local people's work gift to develop the motorway, Consumer Committee Treasurer, Prem Bahadur Thapa said.

The town, which is situated at one of the remotest corners of the area, has falled behind as far as advancement.
