A flight from Nepalese capital Kathmandu to Janakpur, a southern city well known for its antiquated Ram-Janaki sanctuary, typically takes 25 minutes.But when President Pranab Mukherjee went to Janakpur on Friday morning, his extraordinary airplane took an extra 25 minutes to give him a flying perspective of the glorious Himalayan crests toward the east and north of Kathmandu.Mukherjee was in Nepal for a three-day visit to Nepal, the first by an Indian president in 18 years. Mukherjee flew in a Buddha Air ATR-42 air ship, its pleasant course known as the "mountain flight", alongside top authorities of the Indian assignment and the Nepal government.
