The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has on Tuesday recorded a debasement body of evidence at the Special Court against previous Additional Inspector General of the Armed Police Force, Rishav Dev Bhattarai. The counter debasement guard dog has charged Bhattarai of submitting defilement worth Rs 19 million 136 thousand 889. CIAA representative Ganesh Karki said the body of evidence has been recorded against Bhattarai as it was found after examination concerning his mobile and ardent property that his illicit wage outperformed legitimate pay. Also, the CIAA expressed that Bhattarai couldn't substantiate the real wellspring of the additional salary. It has looked for recouping fine from Bhattarai proportional to the sum he has been charged of defilement. Bhattarai is an individual from the focal committee of the Naya Shakti Nepal.
