Crisp civil arguments have reemerged after the legislature began arrangements to revise the constitution in order to permit naturalized subjects to hold beat state positions.
Madhes-based gatherings have been challenging the new constitution contending that it has reduced the privileges of naturalized residents that were ensured by the Interim Constitution.
