The Government of Japan has consented to give Rs 15.405 billion (16.636 billion Japanese Yen) credit help to Nepal for the Nagdhunga Tunnel Construction Project. Japan has consented to give the credit help to 40 years at 0.01 for every penny loan cost according to the understanding marked at the Ministry of Finance at the beginning of today. The Exchange of Notes to this impact was marked by Finance Secretary Dr Shanta Raj Subedi and Japanese Ambassador to Nepal, Masashi Ogawa, on the nearness of Deputy Prime Minister and Minster for Finance Krishna Bahadur Mahara and Minister for Physical Infrastrcuture and Transport, Ramesh Lekhak.
