An advanced open library has been built up at Thokarpa in the region. The library building was built at an aggregate cost of over Rs 8.5 million with the monetary and specialized support of Samsung Engineering and Beautiful Store of South Korea and Read Nepal. It might be noticed that the Alternative Energy Promotion Center has set up the close planetary system to run the electric gadgets and lights in the library. Legislator Mohan Bahadur Basnet and National Planning Commission part Dr Swarnim Wagle, initiating the library in the midst of a capacity here as of late, communicated certainty that the library will improve the education rate and perusing pattern in the territory. The three-storied building has IT agreeable workshop corridors too.
