The security squad of the Commission for the Investigation Abuse of Authority (CIAA) took Dixit to the SC from Bir Hospital. Responding to a habeas corpus writ archived by Dixit's better half Shanta Dixit, the SC had asked for the CIAA to make Dixit at the court on Thursday. Dixit's life accomplice Shanta on Wednesday had enrolled the demand of at the apex court ensuring that the catch of Dixit is unlawful. She had named the CIAA and the Special Court as respondents. The Special Court on Sunday had remanded Dixit to a 10-day lawful guardianship convincing from Friday. Dixit was caught on April 22 (Friday) on the charge of social affair property through unlawful means.
