After the Council of Ministers passed its draft, the Constitution alteration bill was enlisted at the Parliament Secretariat on Tuesday evening.The seven-direct bill proposes toward revise arrangements identified with issues including redrawing common limits, acknowledgment of dialects, citizenship and representation in the National Assembly in Nepal's Constitution that was proclaimed in September last year.The Cabinet meeting was held at the Prime Minister's authentic habitation in Baluwatar. An authority at the Ministry for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, in the interest of the administration, enrolled the bill at the Parliament Secretariat's Bill Section, as per the Rastriya Samachar Samiti. The bill proposes modification of limits of two territories — keeping the locale east of Bardaghat in Nawalparasi region and the eastern piece of Rukum area in Province No. 4, and the locale west of Bardaghat in Nawalparasi, Rupandehi, Kapilvastu, Dang, Banke and Bardia areas in Province No. 5. The bill brought according to the Article 296 of Nepal's Constitution would develop following five days of enlistment, the RSS reported citing an offical at the House Secretariat. -
